Our courses consist of basic ones like Hatha and Gentle which focus on stretching and relaxing, intermediate like Vinyasa and Ashtanga, up to advance like Power Yoga which focus on muscle strengthening.
Our teaching methods provide close and small classes where teachers can give attention to assist students to correct their alignment and personal health problems they are having.
